Seems Kind of like a single targeting SoP, I like it!

Just a couple questions:

What happens when it get stolen, does you opponent need to target a new creature? or will the effects still apply to the old creature?  Also does the effect stack if you target the same creature multiple times?  What happens when reverse time is applied to the creature or the creature is killed, will the card be destroyed as well?

What happens when the creature become immaterial, will the effect still work, since it was targeted earlier or will it this card be destroyed?

When it gets stolen, it acts as if it were destroyed and played.
[1] The original target of Focus Charm would still be delayed until the end of its owner's next turn.
[2] The person who stole Focus Charm would choose their target

The +2/+2 stacks but the delay does not.

If the target of Focus Charm is removed from the field, Focus Charm will remain on the field but will have no targets.

If the creature becomes Immaterial, the effects of Focus Charm will no longer apply but Focus Charm will stay in play.

Wow that was a quick response! So basically what you are saying is Focus Charm is independent of the creature. Does this mean it can target another creature, when it creature is removed from play? or is its targeting only activated through initial play?

No, it may not re-target a creature if the original target is removed unless it is 're-played' [Steal].

In other news, well done. I do think this could be worded a bit better, though. Try:
"Delay target creature while present and give 2 | 2 per turn. 0: Destroy self."
