It doesnt last for just one turn right? At the card you say ...creatured owned. But in the notes you mention that it affects the opponent as well. Does that mean if I have lets say 5 airborne creatures and the opponent has 2, all of my airborne creature will gain +1/+5 and my opponent's +1/+2 or both +1/+7?? Also I think the upped should be +2/+0 cause it will gain enough hp anyway. But I like it d2d  :D

The gain is permanent. If you had 5 airbornes and your opponent had 2, your opponent's would have +1|+2 while yours would have +1|+5. However, the health does not gain, it rather becomes 'F'.
+2|+X would be nice, but would it be OP with swarm decks?

Yay, fractal + damsels + this  + sofrees and we have unstoppable killing machine ^^ Thus, I don't suggest buffing attack and I even wonder if it is not OP in current state.

Ah fractal... killer of many a mass buff idea.

Buffing damage isn't the only issue. Consider the effect in a sparktal deck (or especially the upped Ball lightening version)

In the upped version you could get 8 6|8 creatures for 12 :underworld and 3 cards.
Add to this the fact that you could throw in sky blitz on top... its not quite an OTK... just barely, but its about the very next best thing.
If you have even 1 SoFr in play at the time it probably will OTK actually.
So ~4 card OTK for 21 :underworld ... this would be a little OP compared with the currently available OTK combos.

This would probably make RoL-Hope OP as well. Particularly if you add in SoFr (for shield bypass). It can get you up to eight 2|8 rays of light in 1 turn.

There is no real way to balance this now then. Remove attack buff and it becomes UP and rarely usable. Even if you lower cost. If you keep it how it is, it is OP. If you raise the cost, it is still a 4 card OTK.

I'm thinking this is unbalancable, which I find a shame but it happens sometimes.
