I like this card, even though it relies on Mind Flayers or Lobotomizer a bit too much.

i dont like how it gets weaker (-1l-2) upgraded, but thats my only problem

I've had my share of experiencing Parallel Universe on a mutant (remembers the few times Gemini bested him with a mutant with momentum on his side of the field... -_- )

I know it doesn't 'rely' on those two cards, but the Brain Swap effect certainly implies that it works better with a Lobotomizer (especially since TU/PU are somewhat expensive in nature, compared to the Electrocuter).

Mutant seems like an entropy thing more. Also while Aether is supposed to be other dimensional, I don't know that an alien is what I would expect in that other dimension.
