hi and i like the idea looks good but i have a couple of questions frist
if the oppoent has a "reflect" shield would it still go thru or would it hit you and this is a spell that damages or the crit. it's self?
and second i would think depends on the "hp becomes 0/sacarfice" as i would look at it as a damageing spell if it's a sac. crit

and also a note for the rainbow users on a way to really rip
peg+bless+dive+Momentum+fling+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu thats 7x26 damage. i see a really nasty combo :o kill a fg in one shot :o  :o  :o

@finkel: Small problem...you can't Fling creatures with over 15 attack.

Maybe Fling should give the creature Airborne, Momentum, and make it untargetable. But that's just more card text to add.  :(

Why does it need to be untargetable?  Is the card unbalanced?

yea it's impossiable ....almost but i was also thinking that fling doubles the damage so my figures were based on that as
peg base 3
bless  3
dive adds 6
Momentum 1
total 13
fling doubles to 26 and if you had 6 pu that would hurt even an fg but even without all 6 that would still be a lot of damage even with 1-3 and the quantum to play them

ij you momentum before dive you have 14 damage
true true but if you are limited on power why play the momentum before dive when that would mean fling couldn't be used where as useing it after maxes out the damage and goes thru all shields

yea your right i guess i ingore the upgradeds a lot as i don't have many and the (most unlikely) max damage combo get even worse

unupgraded max damage combo
peg+bless+dive+mont.+fling+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu for a total wopping damage of 182
upgraded max damage combo
e.peg(4)+bless(3)+mont(1)+dive( 8 )+bombard(16)(total 32)+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu+pu for a total wopping damage of 224 can we say major ouch :o  :o  :o  :o

If the opponent has no shield, then I would simply take a ruby dragon, fling, and PU like crazy, although that would require air mark with  :fire :aether pillars

I dont say OP though, as thats a huge card combo

Yeah, most of the "huge damage" combos with this call for a 6+ card combo, often costing 50+ quanta in 3 or 4 different types. With resources like that I can think of a lot of different ways to deal ridiculous amounts of damage.

I'm actually leaning towards calling this underpowered. It's a mid-cost spell that does a max of 15 damage to the opponent (unless you combo it with something), can't be targeted anywhere but your opponent, and kills one of your strong attacking creatures.

One question though- in it's current form will this stack with dive? Could I take, say a 10 attack creature with dive, use fling on it, and then use dive to deal 40 damage?

Sorry if my question has already been addressed.

*edit: note that no creature with 10 attack and dive exists, I picked the number for simplicity, not game aplicability

Remember, you can fling BEFORE you dive.
