Needs a bit of adjusting...

I suggest 5 :fire/3 :fire and absorb  :fire :fire :fire every turn.

Hard to predict whether this would be overpowered or work well due to its high cost. Fractal Minor Phoenix would be where it would be most useful. It would be very interesting in a Fractal Brimstone deck, too, since it would be easy to get the quanta. Well, I suppose with Cremation, it would be pretty easy in a Minor Phoenix deck too. I think those two cheap creatures would break this card, as +3 is a pretty substantial bump. Brimstones would be as effective (or more) than Pests at boosting your quanta, so playing a 10 cost card with them would be no problem. Plus they already start out with 2 attack. With Eclipse, you are talking about creating a field of 2 damage creatures using cheap creatures (Pest) you can spam. Fire's cheap creatures (Minor Phoenix and Brimstone) already start with 4 and 2 attack. +3 to those I think would be overpowered, regardless of cost. Brimstone might be reasonable (Giant Frog only costs 2 and it has 5 attack), but I think the existence of Minor Phoenix makes this effect too strong.

A pretty nice idea for the fire version of Eclipse.

Needs a bit of adjusting...

I suggest 5 :fire/3 :fire and absorb  :fire :fire :fire every turn.
However, like Retribution has stated, it should absorb  :fire :fire :fire per turn and you should lower the cost to 5 :fire un-upped and 3 :fire upped.

i think you should make it cost :fire :fire :fire :fire per turn but make it cumulative. so 3 cards means 3x3=9 damage. also lower the attack to +2

This should not absorb quanta per turn. Simply a high cost is sufficient. I would prefer if it affected both players' fire creatures though.

I think the unupped should affect both player's creatures, but the upped should only affect yours.  1,500  :electrum has to be worth something.

The whole transfering one elements' abilities to another element thing is kinda dumb. There is a reason why there are 12 elements and not 1.

Then why does the  :rainbow element exist?  There are cards in the game that cost  :rainbow even though they are categorized with a certain element, which shows that elementals in theory can use each other's abilities.  So why not create cards that are based off existing ones but are still unique?

:rainbow is not an element, its the lack thereof. It exists for generic abilities. Some cards are associated with elements yet use  :rainbow for flavor reasons so I suppose you're correct to some extent. I'm still not fond of it though and would prefer each element to have something other elements don't.

There is a balance where adapting old mechanics so that they are unique enough to be thematically appropriate to another element makes sense. See the 3 bolts for an example.

There is also a boundary where letting :rainbow steal too much of an element's core is terrible.
