Kind of UP, the way I see it. It's not immaterial, as it can be targeted by AoE spells like Plague and Rain of Fire, and compare this to Immortal. Unupped, Immortal does 4 for 6 and is immaterial, cannot be targeted. Stalker does 3 for 7 and can still be targeted by AoE. Also, Stalker is much more fragile than an Immortal and the ability does not make up for it's cost.

I don't see much reason why you would choose this over Parasite. Sure, this one is almost immortal, but I don't see it worth the cost.

I think it's better to compare this with parasite, the ability is sorta similar and the duo needed to use is the same.

This ability is less susceptible to purify compared to infect, but if your opponent doesn't have purify this deals less damage to creatures in the long run. So I think you can safely lower the ability cost to . About the summoning cost I think you should try to estimate how much invisibility is worth and add this to parasite's cost. Also, take into account the difference in attack in the cost.

About the art ... I see what you did there.

I think this is too similar to parasite. Although this card can deal cost 3 damage, parasite is able to stack to much greater, making this card somewhat obsolete. The cost is the second thing that makes this unreliable. Parasite cost a lot less and is more efficient.

I think this might be a cool idea, which would justify your creatures cost: why not have the creature attack another creature and drain its life. So the three damage dealt to another creature will heal you as well?

I originally had the atk up at 6.  Then I decided that was OP.  Maybe I could up the ATK a bit, maybe 4 or 5 to balance it out?

why not have the creature attack another creature and drain its life. So the three damage dealt to another creature will heal you as well?

^ This would probably justify most of the quanta cost.

This card looks great, gonna keep an eye on it! Just a suggestion for possible art, dark version of the scorpion? or maybe a soul/ghost leaving a body?

I think that thematically draining fits better with . As the ability is generally weaker and as expensive as drain life (more expensive than syphon), do you think changing it to a mono card would be too powerful?

It fits better in a darkness setting. Since it has drain + invisibility. Usually flying creatures aren't invisible.
