NOTES:
The whole thing with my bookmarks to the forums not qorking really tripped me up for a week or two and card idea chugging didn't really take into effect for a while, so I offer a new card into my Equip Series, though this isn't much of an equip until I rename it into "Sublimation Helmet" or something. Nevertheless, the ability would be the same XP

Bear in mind, the idea's a tad... odd. >.>"
Sublimation is the direct process of a solid becoming a gas. As the scientific equivalent suggests, the target creature will slowly change into a gas (the poisoning) which, however, has permanent ability blocking qualities. Apparently, the gas dissipates quickly hahaha

It's another take on PC for the other elements.

So if I am understanding this correctly, if I play this card on my opponent's creature, and then constantly use Guardian Angel's Heal skill to keep the creature alive, my opponent will never produce quanta again. Or is it all permanents, including my own?

Agreed. Might you make it poisoned and Immortal?

Even if it is Immortal, it still seems OP with Armagio, Colossal Dragon or Basilisk Blood.

Permanents including your own, the extra quanta gained from entering Towers are stilled gained.

HP really isn't praised enough and my hope was that cards like Acceleration this one can add to the benefits of having a high HP creature ^.^

Well, everything that needs to be discussed has already been discussed...
I think you should poison the target creature 2 (or maybe even 3), or make it only affect the user's permanents.

Well, I can't quite see how it's OP yet. If the card is used early, then both players are left to stall. If played later on, both players can have ample amounts quanta by then, for a rush. Simple, very common ways can be used to get around this: quanta generating creatures like Ray of Light, spells like Supernova, or even playing in upgraded Towers. Several CCs can be implemented as well, alongside the poisoning: Freeze stops abilities upon use but allows poison to continue, Shockwave can be coupled with it as well, Lightning is even in the same element, Quint to keep the creature from healing again, Oty can meet it in the middle as he grows while the target creature's HP drops.

Wait, exactly what does "not function" mean?
I still think it's way too situational and also that it gives an unnecessary nerf to pillars (if I understand this correctly..)

The active or passive abilities of permanents do not work while the creature is out. Target an opponent creature and they need to take of it, use against stall decks to keep them from working, soft PC a shield for an end rush? As for the pillar nerf, aren't all PCs pillar nerfs? :/

IDK, I just think that this card would have an extremely large yet not necessarily positive impact on the meta-game.
I think you should change it so it doesn't affect pillars/pendulums, make it only affect the owner of the creature, make it infect 2, and lower the cost.
