That's a Thunderstorm every round that additionaly heals your creatures. Don't say "that's why it costs 9", because you can still play it the second turn. This completly screws RoL/Hope and Fractal/Devourer with one card. Madness.

Agreed. It fits perfectly in a firestall, and also has some potential (much less though) in general stalls.

are not RoL hope deck already instant killed when face with fire shield?  i'm don't think this card have much different from fire shield at all?

its should also absorb fire quanta every round like flooding does for water

This is like fire shield. Except it is not a shield so you can have other damage reduction means. Actually more like a free thunderstorm each turn, since it works on non-attacking units and those with momentum. Plus a universal heal on your units.

Plus it's a soft counter to malignant cells, which won't survive on your (or the opponents) side.

So to wrap it up: Overpowered.

I think the card is way OP, but you can't honestly say a card is OP because it has a powerful effect when paired with another card. Thats like calling blessing OP because its good with Otyugh.
