It's attack should probably be lower, as it has a scorpion-like effect and with 3 attack only titanium shield would be able to negate the effect.

Less attack...how much did you have in mind?

Try reducing the attack by 1 for each.  Forest Scorpion has a cost of 2 quantum to play, and has 1 attack (unupped).  Doing so would make it somewhat parallel to Forest Scorpion.
