is it? didn't know that. cards like rain of fire or thunderstorm do way more damage than this. if the people say change it, I will.

Actually it is discouraged because that means that any non death/darkness creature of your choice would be killed in one turn, I think obli's suggestion might make this card less OP

Yeah, apparently zanzarino doesn't want to have instant-kill effects, or at least none this broad.  He might be okay with something like a death card that said 'destroy target Light creature' or something fairly narrow like that, though.  Holy Light is basically that against death/darkness anyway, and it's not overpowered.

Should the skill affect the creature in turns or damage?

I think I like the effect to be damage taken away from the creature each turn. Dividing by three mean the creature dies in 3 turns unless the owner can increase HP somehow.
