Entropy, Negasphere https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=5208.msg52183#msg52183

Since I'm not capable of art and so most things regarding Photoshop, I write my thoughts instead:

"Negasphere 6 Entropy (5 upped)
Permanent
Removes Immortality from every creature on the field. Grants Immortality to random creatures, based on the value of removed abilities divided by 2, rounded down at the end of each of your turns."

So, this texts fits in the box at a font size of 9. If one would explain to me how to scaling down the gap between the lines on the card in Photoshop, I would like to see a "Sacrifice this card, if no creatures are immortal after your turn."

Regards, Reefa.

TBH, its highly confusing, and thats before the controversy of turning immortal creatures mortal, or even before turning immaterial creatures material.

This card was fine until I got to the second sentence of the card description. Just get rid of that and it is a simple effect that is easy to understand. Make a card image so people can see what they are getting in this card, and then we can go from there.

Why should it be simple and if I definitly remove anything, where is the random-fun-fact of Entropy?

Why should there be a field of immortal creatures?  Why should there be any random element in it at all?  Complex cards are not just hard to code and understand, they aren't usually worth playing IMO.

Basically, this is one of those "at end of turn, x=x/2" spells, where x is the number of immaterial creatures. It probably wouldn't be too terrible to code, but the wording is just awful. It doesn't need to be that complicated, and anyone reading something like that will probably just move on to another card. As it is right now, there are better cards to deal with immaterial creatures (i.e. shields). And just because it's Entropy doesn't mean it is random. Entropy and chaos are very logical and mathematical by their very nature.
