I just saw these cards and I already love them.

I really prefer that one. Fate Queen > Fate Chicken, fate chicken can only give 3 fate eggs what i see very poor, and life-time doesn't have many ways to produce all quanta, but entropy has supernova. In addittion, life has two other token generator system: mitosis and FFQ, so having another one could be a wrong deccision. I see that the permanent that create the tokens so easily(it is in the same element) is safer than a creature because is easier killing a creature than destroying a permanent, so in my opinion it will be unfair.

Really? Are you going to play a mitosis in a chicken? Playing expensive creatures to play more creatures that turns into something is very stupid(in my opinion). You have to play a 7 quanta creature to then play mitosis on it, to then pay 7 quanta to copy it, to then pay 2 quanta to generate an egg, to then pay 1 quanta to turn it into something. That's a lot of quanta and a lot of turns to simply trust in the randomn power of the egg. The mitosis is used to spawing creatures that are powerfull by itself, but chiken is not, so spawing chickens with mitosis will be stupid.

Dude, I am going to dissapoint you, but no. Your idea is very similar with other card ideas and one of them is already at armory, thus your card has really low chances of succeeding. It may be better to post another, more unique idea of yours.
My suggestion is to take a look at both Armory and Forge card ideas (even Forge Archive if possible) in order to see every idea implemented in the past and create something truly new, interesting and unique!

However, I don't want to discourage participation at CI&A sections, so go for it, if you truly want it.
