obviously, i did not take that into account, since there can't be any draws.
Ill have to simply add an updated note:

updated note: your opponent can die from the spell when you use it, but you cannot be killed by the spell (if you are the user), if your Hp is too low then you will be left with 1 Hp instead. hopefully this still counts ^^;

yeah i guess it is OP but there is always the option to nerf it, the basic idea is what usually counts

Easy. Just make it damage the player first. If both players are on 1 HP and you use the card - you lose.
Or make it hit the enemy first - either way is good.
Think about how emphatic bonds work after attacking.

On the effect
Waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy overpowered. This does 1/2 ratio per any quanta.
Firebolt, the most powerful comparable spell does 3/10 per fire quanta only.
Considering that one quantum pillar gets 3X the quanta as a fire one the ratio becomes 3/2 for your card.
It is 5 times more powerful than firebolt
It honestly doesn't matter about the drain remaining quanta when you insta kill someone.
Good concept - just tone it down a bit.

This is an instant win card if you can stall the enemy until you gain 200 quanta, which is quite simple.
6 incinerate w 6 ray of light, 6 supernova, 2 of these, entropy mark, 6 updated sunglasses (play them when you are under 50 hp) use their ability to speed you up, rest (4) is quantum pillar of a 30 card deck.

2 fates are needed so you won't have to wade through the whole deck.

HAHA lol trust me, that was not my intention towards the modification of the image  ::) .lol, i realized that there are more things missing than i thought ^^;, this is meant to be a one use only effect, i changed the notes again.
though probs still too overpowered.
