I'm guessing from the name of the skill cost you picked air to represent it shouting vicious inciteful (yes that's a word according to the Oxford dictionary, its just not common) cheers at its comrades.

... Interestingly enough it could be used offensively to make heavy hitters loose hp more quickly vs. fire shield
