ART: Leodip IDEA: Leodip NOTES: If the time goes forward, Wings and Dimensional Shield will have their "turn counter" (the number written on it while it is on the field) reduced by 2. Given that those two shields die during your opponent turn, if he's the one playing them, if you take their turn counter to 0, they won't be destroyed just yet, but they will during the end of the opponent's turn. If the counter would go negative (example, it's one, it should go to -1), the card is destroyed in that exact moment. The upgraded card needs less explanations, it just rewinds them by one turn, so dimensional shield would last 4 turns and wing 6. Remember that if you use it with a Sundial on the field, its turn counter will go to 2 (if just played). If you use fast forward you WON'T get more quanta from your pillars (because it happens at the end of your turn, we're not saying that you pass through the end of your turn twice, we just say that time goes faster. Same for poisons. The unupgraded card is meant to be a soft counter to sundials, dimensional shields, Wings, Shard of Sacrifice and such. If the card is protected by Protect/Enchant Artifact, it'll have its counters go faster however, no matter the kind of protection. The upgraded card, instead, is meant to be a power-up for your cards, and thus more playable. They both shouldn't be neither OP or UP, the unupgraded one is a lot worse than the upgraded one because of versatility, but otherwise it is even stronger. (P.s. may have worked a little more on the image, but I didn't have much time and didn't know the exact measures of the image, and thus it suffered the reducing of the measures resulting in a more pixel-ish card image) SERIES:

I think I've see almost this exact card (unupgraded version) somewhere before. Can't remember exactly what it was called though.

The upgraded version is interesting though... How do you propose to implement that?

Well, he can't call it rewind. I would call them Step Forward | Step Back.

Sad. Oh well, good thing I didn't put too much time in the artwork or the card itself.
As for the name of the upped card, well, it was still a beta version, I was looking for suggestion for that, too, and fast backward was the only thing I found with a name similar to Fast Forward and that existed. I could as well change it to "back in time", but it'd lose its "play" on the name.

Since this topic is still 'alive' can I ask how these cards would go in relation to the phoenix/ash mechanic? As in can you kill the Phoenix, use this and resurrect it?

Oh, here's what I forgot.
In my case, yes, if you use fast forward, you can use Ash, even if you just immolated that phoenix. You can even use, dunno, Deja Vu's effect even if you just summoned it and such. With Fast Backward, instead, you can counter such thingies. Let's say you summon Lava Golem, pass and your opponent summons Elite Otyugh. Here you can use Golem's skill to get it to 7/3, use Fast Backward and pass. Your opponent won't be able to activate otyugh's effect and he'll have to pass. You can then boost Golem again and get it to 9/5 with immunity to that otyugh.
