Hmm... There are only a few shields that provide obviously harmful (e.g. damage or death dealing) effects (though oEtG has more but thats a pretty different meta now).

In the case of thorn shield, you should elaborate a little. E.g. does it double the amount of poison inflicted, the chance to get poisoned, or both?
Lastly, there are 2 shields that don't inflict damage or death, but do slow creatures down. Would this be included?

If so, you again need to clarify mechanic for Ice Shield. Does it affect the trigger chance, the duration, or both?
