I imagine the FGs going "WTH" when they see this played.

Basically, it's a card that generates 2 indestructible pillars but drains excess quantum in the process. Looks balanced to me.

Yup.  Or even the first turn with a Water Tower and Improved Flow.

Whoa, awesome idea. The "Drain all quanta" thing, and then, increase the flow, made me think about a tsunami or something, like, the water retreats and then comes back stronger. And since  is considered the weakest mono right now (it is, right?), this card is balanced, imo.
