And Lightning is what? Air element or Aether element?
To be honest, the Lightning-on-Attack effect is what makes this card useful. Otherwise it is just a very expensive Azure Dragon. So, your idea is a card of the Air element which gives the player the ability to cast a 5 damage Aether ability EVERY turn?
It should still be Aether.
As for Ward of Light... It's a bit pointless in my opinion. The majority of decks have some sort of Healing built into them, whether it is Shards of Gratitude, Feral Bonds, Improved Miracles or Stone Skins... The Ward of Light is just a Fire Bolt with a lot of Fire Quanta behind it, plus it hurts you also. So, no, not a fan.
