Compare this to Precognition. Eye of Mystery costs 5  and only has one advantage over Precog, which is seeing the opponent's next draw. Unless my memory's off, Precog costs only 1 upped, so it seems rather overcosted.

You could get away with a cost of 3 unupped, 2 upped.

To the people that say it's comparable to precognition, I know it is, I was looking at precognition while I was making the cards, so ok i'll change the cost.

You can already see the next card (and any other cards) your opponent draws on the turn you play precognition; the opponent's hand is visible for your turn and the AIs next turn.  I like the idea of the upgraded card giving you a free draw, but I think you should find a different effect than 'view top card of deck'.  Perhaps you should have it so you see your OWN top card, or top 2-3 cards?  That would make it functionally different than precognition; as the card stands now it is basically the same as precognotion.

ok, that is a great idea. i will change it as soon as i get some more suggestions, so i can change a lot of things at once.

Hrm...Maybe this could be a permanent? Entropy is kinda missing one, and it would explain the higher cost...Though I feel like this card kinda needs an expanison on what it's supposed to do.

I don't see how it could be a permanent, because it would have to cost much more, but i am expanding what it does.

Yeah, I actually thought it was a permanent until I saw "draw a card" on the upped one. Making it a permanent and reducing its cost by a smaller amount might work. 3/3, when the upped version enters play, you draw a card?

I honestly would either make this a static effect or make it 2/1 cost. It's just not enough better than precog to justify an increase in cost by 2.
