Captain Scibra (Based off M:TG card)
NOTES:
Inspired by Banisher Priest.  Both exiled and exiler are passives, and cannot be removed except by effects that alter the entire card (Mutation).  After the target is exiled, Exiler and Banisher can be given new abilities, as the active is removed like Lycanthropy.

It looks too expensive to be used easily. I would reduce its cost and stats, because what matters here is the ability. What about 4|3  :light cost for 3|3 attack and ability costs 2  :light ?
