Ability: Targets ability gets turned into a passive abbility and its upkeep is 3 of that creatures ability quanta
Notes: So if you have a lava golem it will gain +2/+2 each turn but it will cost 3 fire quanta,if its a skill like Anubis's immortality it is randomly used on a creature, ally or enemy, can be used on a enemy creature such as scarab so it can randomly devour or just to use up enemies quanta, if no quanta is present ability is not used that turn. Can be used to counter lobotomizer.
