I think the ability could be free and not be OP. Compare unupped Abomination for stats-I don't think the ability is so useful to cost 2

on top of that.

I disagree of the GP and Fire Bolt, but the rest yes it is "resistant" and not immune, also think that fits better with time, the name of the skill be new chance and effect are very good.
