Dictionary says otherwise.
I don't care about what the dictionary says. In Elements, the Vampire is a bat-like creature aligned to Darkness. I don't see any bones, rotting flesh, or anything else that marks it as undead. IMO all undead creatures should be aligned to Death.
Your opinion is noted and ignored in favour of the dictionary.

Creatures in the game that would be Undead
Bone Dragon :death
Skeleton :death
Mummmy :death
Minor Vampire :darkness
You see the problem, Kael? Why should a Darkness creature be undead? The element of Darkness has no power over death and unlife.

I will only accept Vampire as undead if you propose that Vampire should be changed to a Death creature.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

I don't see a problem. Darkness has Parasite that uses Death Quanta. Creatures other than Air can be Airborne. Death creatures gain a power boost from Eclipse (why does a skeleton get more powerful cause its dark?). Its a cross relationship, not a mutually exclusive environment.

I agree this card is over powered and needs an upkeep but I do like the basic idea even if it needs an overhaul

This version doesn't need an upkeep because the cost is paid in your redeployments.
Check this variant tho http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9767.0.html

That makes slightly more sense, as Darkness and Death are good friends. However, Darkness does not have the ability to control death and unlife; it is not capable of holding a soul inside a corpse and creating an undead creature. And again, look at the art of Vampire; perhaps "Vampire Bat" is a more suitable name.

As for the card itself... The CPU might go crazy if your opponent casts Rain of Fire on a field of Skeletons, since you draw a card for every undead creature killed. I suggest removing the draw card part, to increase the chance of it severely backfiring on you; if you don't want that, then I think you need to increase the cost a bit.

Have you tested this card in your simulation?

A vampire is an undead blood sucking human therefor it is an undead creature I don't care if its dark.  Also this would be an anti-deck out deck the source of all evil.  Which is why I think its overpowered

Only in the basic few runs. Far from a considerable evaluation, but it seems appropriately costed for the effect.
Its not the anti-deckout card people think it is but it could be used for anti-deckout with a fair amount of work in-game.
