I would increase the physical resistance by 1 for upped version and changed cost to 4

thalas wouldnt the ratio of blocking to quanta stay the same then its not relly upgrading it also if cost goes up to 4 its no longer a cheap thing to reduce damage wj=hile u draw a dimensional shied

um...  why must i use this thing?   light and death shield (i can't remembe that name)  reduce enemy atk by 1 no matter who by cost 1 of that element?

my point is.   the dmg your shield reduce and cost is more than enough.
