i think ill call them shards... not like the ones used now but shards of elemental rock.. for example a shard of obsidian for with the symbol inside it.

i was gonna think it was gonna be called essence of pride or hubris ( 2 much pride is down fall)  since aether is of like heavens and gods and ure basically making immortals less powerful... ure taking down there pride as an immortal?

If you name them all after Gems, it would destroy the series I've been carefully balancing for a week. I have them all named after gems

Of course, this is your card, and you posted it first, so if you wish to change it to that, I won't stop you. I do like the Essence of Pride idea though....

lol i can call them Stones or just keep them as Shards.
or even make them some other artifact like permanent.. orbs? 
btw i changed this card to aether if you didnt notice. lowered cost little and lowered turn amount. is it more balanced?

well judging from the cards the mono type decks are definitely not in favor of it...
dont see a life mark using the life card...
but i like it i think its gonna work with rainbow
kinda pisses mi of that life can't gain life....

its more like an anti - element of the mark...
maybe its more of a hmmm.....  idk what's the word but its close to opposite or forbidden...

that is the whole point... each mark has a weakness within itself.. its a more deeper meaning.. prime real life example..
Humans are their own destruction.. we know this.. its true.. we are our own weakness. i merely applied to to each element now.

umm no.. traitor is not at all close.. a weakness within urself is not a traitor..

Philosophy . the inward nature, true substance, or constitution of anything, as opposed to what is accidental, phenomenal, illusory, etc.
substance, spirit, lifeblood, heart, principle, soul, core.

what a dictionary says.. this is why i named it Essence Series.
