Bonewall, phase shield, dissipation shield, wings, and procrastination shields would stop them dead in their tracks.

Procrastionation doesn't affect weapons.

The effect does not replace the weapon's ability.

Well, the only problem is Vampire dagger. Darkness can use Steal to get rid of annoying shields (usually decks don't run lots of shields) and then damage and healing stack really fast. It is vulnerable to PC, yes, but still... this would need a slight cost increase, however other weapons wouldn't benefit that much.

Okay, the steal is definitely a pain there and being in element with the weapon that is also causing problems doesn't help either.

Yes, that one I did remember (which is why its not noted as an interaction)... although that might be a good idea as an exception. I.e. have dials disrupt the effect. Then time could have a nice counter (and steal wouldn't help).

Okay, I have updated the card post.
I tweaked the wording a bit so hopefully it applies a little more broadly.

I also updated the OP to note that both sundial and Shard of Patience (if on the same side as this card) will disrupt the effect.

Hopefully that gives a broad range of disrupting effects. The SoPa interaction may not be a direct counter, but it will make wielders of this card think twice before stealing it. They will have to weigh which effect would be more useful, this one, or SoPa.

hmm... ya, upped is tricky to balance. I want it to give more punch to keep pace with accel vs overdrive... do you think bumping the cost a little more would be good for the upped?
It would give a bit of an acid-trip syndrome that way... upped is meant for a focused raw power approach but less splashable (and thus less utilitarian) whereas unupped gives less punch per card but can be splashed.
Or should I flip them at that point and make the unupped very expensive but higher power while the upped is splashable but lower power per card... Input here is nice since some players tend to like it the first way and others might want it the second way.

The upgrade is still too pricey IMO.

If you do the Math, the unupped version attacks for(x+1)/2 on average, where X is the number of consecutive hits.
E.G if you manage to make 5 consecutive attacks, your attack increased for 3 average. So you could have played a 3 Atk ccreature for same amount of Dmg.
For 2  :time quite balanced.

If compared with arsenic you have -2 base dmg and the easier to prevent dmg, but you can stack it, so it seems fair to me.

The upped version attacks for x+1 on average, so if you manage to hit twice you alerady have reached the point, where average dmg and  :time spent ae equal.
Also if you manage to hit 5 consecutive turns, thats 30 Dmg per Aeon. Take 2 of these  + Titan and do 100 dmg in 5 turns. + 3 PA is a 5 turn win for 6 :time 5 :gravity 3 :earth. Only counter being SoSac and screwed draws.

Overdrive is much more vulnerable since quint s more expensive + you weaken your creatures yourself.
