If new element is rejected (for now), these cards, in my opinion, can nicely fit into Earth Element. Don't they? And thanks for advertising my suggestion in your thread!

Replicating Pillar : Nice! The longer it is on field, the more quantums they can produce.
Clockwork parasite : This will be definitely included and it's permanent control ability is abit overpowered. The Junk/Trash heals you everytime it hits, which is alot better than Aflaxtoxin, and the opponents will have a hard time to remove unless they are using a otyugh/mutation deck. So it's a little bit overpowered. May be the Junk/Trash shouldn't have -attack.
Fixing Bot : Ok, this card can combo well with Iron Golem. In terms of balance; this compared with Guardian Angel which heals a creature for 5hp. For Repair, it heals all creatures by 2, while Guardian Angel heals for 5. I do feel Repair is alot better, but this doesn't mean Repair is overpowered.
Builder : I don't like this card, it's too slow in my opinion -- to replicate themselves to have 8 of them to create Golem Factory. Lower the number required to build Golem Factory or else this card will be pretty useless for Clockwork deck. And Speed Boost won't work for this card since the turn the ability is activated, they're stuck in time bubble (still your turn). And afterward, your opponent turn and back to you -- its ability is already triggered and a new Builder will be generated. Unless I get the idea wrong.
Iron Golem : Vindictive, so this ability lasts forever, like Growth? Growth adds +2/+2 while this ability does +3/-1. But with Repair bot, the -1 is not a problem. This is potentially stronger than those Growth creatures because Golems can be generated via Golem Factory, and since Golems already have high attack.
Upgrade : I love this card! But I'm not sure whether it's necessary though, to be included in this deck because it would be a waste of space, kinda.
Speed Boost : Hmm I can't see the point of this card since Builder won't need it. See at the Builder.
Fixing Factory : Ok, there's nothing wrong with this card.
Golem Fabric : Even if the price to summon this card is costly, the ability is really useful and that means once PA is used on this card, you can summon Golem every turn as long as you have necessary quantums (and you would, by the time this card is played). The price to summon this card doesn't really matters, what matters is the ability costs. In my opinion, it should be the same or higher than Iron Golem playing cost since this Golem Factory excludes the necessity of adding Golems to the deck.
Mechanic Buckler : Not a bad shield for your creatures, but this theme requires a good shield to protect the player. Hmm or perhaps, it doesn't since Junk Bots are like a good, indirect, defensive creatures for you.
Force Rod : So the ability, Gravity Pull, can be used on creatures? Ok, this card is pretty good too, synergize with permanent infest ability.

Overall, a pretty solid theme, having a good permanent control, as well as defense (if counting on the Junk to heal you as well as locking the opponent's field down).
For my mono-clockwork deck, I would include 9 Clockwork Tower, 6 Replicating Pillar, 2 Fixing Factory, 4 Golem Fabric, 1 Mechanic Buckler, 6 Clockwork Parasite, 2 Force Rod. Total : 30 cards. Yup, the idea is to, hope to, generate alot of quantums for my Golem Fabric to quickly produce Golems. And I exclude some cards, not because it's useless, but rather it's not really necessary in this deck. May be I'm wrong.
