playing cat soul catcher deck and relize that i want something like this to improve my deck. 

it's work like discord ability.  but for yourself with all quantum.   if you have 14 entropy and cast unupped.  you'll have 1 quantum for each type.  if you have only 13 entropy and do that you'll have 1 for each type but 0 quantum for random one.

suggest :P

Interesting...this could be useful to put in rainbows to combat the massive black hole usage in plat.  I like.  I just wish that you could  get more than 6 quanta per element (72/12).

isnt this pretty much the opposite of entropy? everything becoming average, or the same? in a sense things are becoming more ordered

It's all true. However (no offence) the game misinterprets the very concept of entropy hugely. Entropy reaches its maximum when all intensive functions of state reach the same value, therefore when everything becomes "average". Actually, the concept of entropy (in thermodynamics) is much more about predictability than about chaos and such.

IMHO, Elements Entropy is a thematic mix of actual Entropy, "Chaos Magic" (aka magic with random effects), and other scientific concepts (such as Schrodinger's Cat).

As for the card itself, it seems to be an way for element to use off-element abilities/cards, as well as strengthening rainbows. (which the metagame still partially favors - I would take that into consideration as a possible balancing factor).

if you said it's not fit in  :entropy because it lack some randomness.  i reject to change it.   i just don't like the god fact that :entropy must ramdom. (even if many entropy creature have stable attack) 

but with another reason.  i still want to listen.    ^-^

and yes.  maybe it may look like nova.  but i talking about it mechanic.  redistribute quantum part.
