Look at the other areas of the underworld and see if can add them to this series I will try to help you with the art for them.

for lethe   if i'm must choice what card i will use.  i will choose unupgraded.   it have only 6 card cost  and 1 skill cost.  with upgraded,   it have more card and skill cost,  but you gain only 5% lobo.    that's to little

and what is depressed do?

go to river styx's individual topic, but it lowers 1 attack each turn, and good point on the lethe, will change when i feel like it

ok emerald, gonna do tartarus/cronos duo
Tartatrus Cost? 
every card destroyed goes to tarturus.
? sacrifice tarturus to summon cronos

Cronos cost 0
X|X cronos can not be summoned except by tartarus, x= number of cards in tartarus

leave feedback as to how you like these cards

Edit: forgot to mention while tartarus is on field, may exclude death effects (boneyard bonewally etc) and will exclude future death related cards (brng monster back from dead) the latter i know i will do but death effects may make it a little to a lot OP
