ART: Zanzarino IDEA: DeathPanda1 NOTES: Originally i thought of putting this is 'other' but i changed my mind and some how i thought i might put it in time. The idea is rather complicated i think. You can target any card on the field and upgrade it to the upgraded version. E.g. You target a pillar it will turn into tower for 2 turns and when the card gets Upgraded you gain that one quanta as if the tower was just played. If you upgrade a card and it gets rewinded  you draw the upgrade version of it. Ill do my best to answer any questions. My original thoughts on this were its was gonna OP but im not overly sure. i tried something like that before, it failed miserably.  i think it was called shard of piety, it lasted a little over a month in level 1.
