its a little too cheap.
scenario
a lot of creatures on your side of the field have effects, you want to wipe out the opponents immortal creatures, you have this card in your hand, what do you do....make your effects useless for a turn and kill your opponents creatures, OR dont....
i choose choice C: use all the effects i can THEN use this card (easy loop hole)
Yes, i am well aware of this and it's meant to be this way. The main objective of this is to be able to get past all shields for a turn or being able to target your enemys immortal with a spell while still making their creatures safe from devour and other harmful creature efects

The stop of all your skill (expecially if towers are not affected) is not a big drawback, couse you can simply use all them BEFORE you play that card.

Other than that, the only skill that applies on YOUR turn is Immortality, so there is not point to make a card to shut down them all (you can simply make a card that shouts down immortality, if that is the idea.).

And, anyway, I think immortality shoul remain as it is...
There are yet shields to manage them (even kill or stop them, like fire, frost and time shield), I think that is enough...

Immortal creatures are expansive and not very strong to balance their immortality, if they can be targetted, they will need a buff...

This card also affects sundials and shields, so the shields that were made the immortal's bane can now be passed for one turn (such as permafrost, fireshield and the reflecting shields effects)

Now I feel that I should point out this: EMP stands for Electromagnetic Pulse, so there is no point in saying EMP pulse, because that'll be saying electromagnetic pulse pulse, which would be weird. EMP Wave is fine, or you can change it to Electromagnetic Wave.
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Also... I can't see why some wave of such particle things could hit something out of this dimension, but seeing as you can't do anything after playing this, card is pretty alright.
