I think the only problem with it is that with multiples of these out, it just isn't fair.
Seraph is unique as it is the only one that has this power [to create this shield].
You have to see that having [multiple] quints on a stick is just, in the end, overpowered.

Think about :fire / :light with this card. Just a bit too much protection for creatures with such low health that is supposed to make them vulnerable, yet powerful creatures.

Unlike quintessence, this can be stopped by simply destroying it rather than being unable to remove it. It also isnt everlasting unlike quint unless you were prepared to pay 1 light quanta every turn to keep whatever alive, and even then theres the threat of PC putting it to a stop. I don't think its overpowered atall.

It's not really THAT OP. First off, it is subject to PC. Second, Divine Shield only last one turn. Third, and kind of harming shield or effect shield (Firewall, Permafrost, Skull) can get through and mess things up anyhow.

just a quick note- do not, ever, use google images to find art for a card.  please refer to the rules regarding card art and copyright, and i wrote a short summary of potential art sources to look through http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16655.msg480642.html#msg480642

Most of the art in the wikipedia commons falls under the:  Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 1.0 Generic license.
I.e. can be freely distributed and reposted provided you attribute where it was found and who the author was... Most are actual photography, so they may not make the most perfect of artwork (although the oil painting distort in gimp can be fun), but it can get the idea across until something better can be made or found.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
