A creature with 0 attack will do nothing. Therefore it does not add attack. Therefore it would only buff Forest Scorpion if it counted as an additional attack which I doubt. Most likely it is just 2 physical damage per qualifying creature once per combat.

Better options exist so it does not buff:
Ash Eater < Photon | Damselfly
Antlion < Graboid

It is more balanced and more versatile now. It still does not buff the 2 creatures it was meant to buff but it makes up for that failing.
Just noting : It it not meant to explicitly buff Ash Eater and Antlion (that would be too situational), those were just examples (Skeleton could probably quality as another example in this case).  However the inherent stats of other creatures make it difficult to buff Antlion/Ash Eater without messing with the currently straightfoward mechanic.
Can this card be improved further? If so, what changes would you suggest?

Given that it stacks, I still think it should only be +1 instead of +2 damage...
I also agree that it should probably be a bit more expensive.
Making it only apply once for adrenaline should help keep it from being OP a bit though.
Not too bad otherwise though...
One question: How will it interact with nightfall.
I.e. if I have nightfall, will this be applied before or after?
E.g. will a vampire benifit from both and become a 5/3 or only from nightfall and become a 3/3?

This card would trigger after Nightfall, since Nightfall automatically applies when you play it. Also, the damage isn't actually applied as an ATK buff - it's just extra damage 'given' by the flag similar to an Emphatic Bond.

EDIT : I see Xeno and UTA had the idea of automatically highlighting words like Buff, Nerf, OP, and whatnot. Interesting, to say the least.
