Also, the price now has new meaning. If you play it on an opponent's creature, they have a 50% chance to fail at Immolating, Catapulting, or even Siphon Life'ing in order to get a little extra health.

This is a really neat idea. I hope this makes it to crucible!  Will this put an icon on the card like Adrenaline or Momentum?

No. It works like any passive ability. If you scroll over the card, it'll show you a list of all the passive abilities a card has. "Fluid" would appear in that section, as would the rest of the passive abilities in this series.

Yes, this is like a half-quint, but you can buff creatures with it.
