first off why would u ever want your enemy to go twice maybe im just stupid but how would that help you.
so you draw twice(which isnt much) get your qauntum twice and you can use all your abilities twice that might but be useful but not OP rlly the big thing is attacking twice imo is that OP i dont know how much of an advantage that would give you but it seems quite a big one.

One turn can make a hell of a difference.  It all just depends on the situation you're in, I could do without the first attack and make it so you only attack once after you end your second turn.  Also, when you play it on your opponent, you're forcing them to use their cards.  However, other than that I'm not too sure what other advantages it could have.  You might want to make it so it allows both players to go twice, and then only you when upgraded.

Switch the effects around? Giving your opponent two turns is situationally useful at best, giving yourself two turns is powerful.

Also, especially since this in Time, there is one not-so-little worry I can think of -- you do your thing, play your Time Warp, you get your additional turn, do stuff, play another Time Warp... lather, rinse, repeat.

No dude this is way too good. If you have a 13|7 Lava destroyer, use rage elixir on it, and use this card twice, you deal 19 damage times 3. That's 57 damage in one "turn". Isn't that a bit op? Even a dragon like the Ruby one deals 14*3? damage with two of these cards. That's 42. Way too hardcore op.
