But Parallel Universe costs 7 and it only creates a duplicate, not to make a creature turn around. Hey! What is this icon ?
Parallel Universe costs 7 . This causes to create a duplicate of the creature, making the creature still there. However, this costs cheaper and costs only 5. So I recommend to make it the same cost as that card, 7 .

You should compare better with antimater (but yes, the cost must be increassed to 8 for the unupped and 6 for the upped). Nice idea anyway.
