so.. would this stun all creatures who were lobotomized previously by the weapon? or only creatures affected by this card when played?
i think its cost would keep anyone from using it unless its mono aether.

I'd say it stuns all creatures that were lobotomized by this also I think that website has copyright for that image:

Lobotomize is when a creature's skill is removed.

The creatures that are lobotomized by this spell would be stunned, not all creatures.

An almost universal 2-turn stun plus lobotomize might is probably too powerful for just one card.

First of all, it is only the lobotomized creatures that get stunned. Secondly, I thought of three turns, but then I later changed it to two turns.

I actually thought of having these series as rare cards.

Go and count how many creatures have skills.  Most creatures that are used in decks have skills, since vanilla creatures don't get used much.  So that's going to be a majority of the field.  And even though rare cards are more powerful, this is still overpowered.  It would completely destroy about any kind of offense, especially with multiple copies of this.  Honestly, a lobotomize-all spell may be just too powerful for this game.  I'm not sure how one would balance it.

Yeah, I'm actually working on a card called dispell. When this card is used, it undos the opponent's previous spell.

dont even continue further on this dis-spell idea.. the game does not record what spells were played.. similar to there is no graveyard effects. if you want to undo anything you have to target that effect in particular. if u say undid the only spell they played.. ex.. supernova then they played a creature.. and used up all that quanta then what they get -2 quanta of each type? it just wouldnt work. if you want to undo a freeze u have to target a frozen creature.
