NOTES:
Spells occur twice, not have twice the effect.  They do not drain the extra quanta needed to cast the second spell.  A creature or permanent's active abilities are not affected.  If you have more than one copy of this card on the field, they do not stack.

If that doesn't really makes sense...here are some bad examples. =D  Casting Silence with this active will be like casting Silence twice on the same turn and will not stack.  Casting Antimatter will be like casting two AM's on the same turn, and will cancel out.  Casting Momentum will cause a creature to gain Momentum twice, and gain the +1|+1 bonus twice.  Casting a random spell like Mutation will cause the target to be mutated into something different twice.

Uhm... So, if you have say 3 of these on the field, you can Bolt an opponent for 36 with a measely 33 quanta? I guess it has its issues. But alas, I think Bolts have their issues too.

Possibly make it so that having more than one doesn't create more copies.

Thanks for catching that.  I added a small part to the notes: "If you have more than one copy of this card on the field, they do not stack."

In that case, I think it would make a decent Weapon effect.  Awesome concept, will eventually need to figure out everything it effects and its potential.

It's still very good for CC-based decks, but that's not bad, because splashing gravity isn't very common. This is awesome for Raging Armagios, though. :))

Would pandemonium cause two random spells or just the one random spell twice? Either way it would be fun to watch with a large number of creatures on both fields

I think this is an interesting card in terms of CC, it might create some decks that focus around a double Stone Skin on yourself or double bolting the opponent. One question though - what happens if the target dies or is destroyed? Does this card get destroyed as well?

Also, these images are what came to my mind when I thought about the spell focus effect.

If you guys are still a bit confused on exactly how spells are affected, imagine that you have two copies of a spell, and you use them both, one right after the other.

This card won't be destroyed.  Are you asking something along the lines of "Does said spell affect the target along with this card?"
And thank you for those images. =D  For any future cards I make I'll try to make sure they have a tangible form...

No, I was wondering if the permanent could retarget another card actually, out of curiousity.

I'm not confused, but to gauge the strength of it and figure out balance and calculate cost efficiency, it would need a comprehensive list of things it affected.

Interesting, makes for a somehow double-edged sword sometimes. What worries me is that this completely hard-counters anitmatter.

Does the spell card need to have a specific target, or does it work for spell like supernova as well? Maybe better question would be, does this work for every spell card, or just ones that target creatures?
