A couple things I thought worth pointing out:

1) 'Winning' should probably be changed to 'Player with more HP' in some form, because they aren't necessarily the same thing. The player that is winning is based on more things than who simply has more HP.

2) The unupped version may in fact be the stronger of the 2, simply because of the card's synergy with miracle. Additionally, unupped 'D' is more robust and the opponent will have a harder time killing it.
