This is easily abusable with and . Otyugh eats E, turn passes. Otyugh eats N, turn passes. Miracle, Otyugh eats D. There are even more examples, but one can understand how this could become a degenerate combo.

Otherwise there is no way to counter this except for the one turn summoning sickness - you better have CC that turn.Even it's just one more turn, you can miracle after playing a few SoDs while N's in play. That should keep you going long enough so you can kill E later on. The instawin mechanic in general feels awkward ATM, just my intuition/gut feeling.

I'm think it should be this wayWhen E, N, and D are all together on the field for 3 turns, The game ends with the person with higher HP winning.
