Its like the original dune scorpion , but without the power to DESTROY cards. This thing just shuffles them around. Nice idea.
I was hoping that the original scorpion would turn out somewhat like this, but it didnt.

I'm sure Zanz would do what he did to pufferfish/scorpions/devourers, if a card like this was ever implemented.
More dangerous is Fractal, which currently cannot be reduced. Therefore, My idea would be to make its health 4-N, so at most you can have 3 on the field (like a reverse scarab).

This card would be very interesting if you could somehow get it on your opponent's field (and thenpossibly quint it). Much less consuming than an Eternity. However, the only way I think it could be done is by using nightmare, and even then there are no guarantees the opponent will even have the quanta to play it. (Mindgate would also give the opponent this card, but you cannot force a mindgate upon your opponent)
(I guess if you PVP2'd it, since everyone seems to be playing speedbows, and aren't always super intelligent that strategy could work  :P)

So, this leaves a strategy for the opponent, or for you.
Play Nightmare on this creature, and let the opponent throw them at you. You throw a card combination of your choice to the bottom of your deck. Nearing the finale of the game, you'll have the capability to enact a powerful strategy.

Although, this is slightly OP. It's one thing to deplete all quanta with Fractal/Pests, but it's another thing to Fractal/Sand Goblin, and make sure the opponent has no cards.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why not make it have a cost like  :time :time to activate, that way fractal wouldn't be that effective.

Returning multiple cards to the deck per turn is a waste of quanta after the initial volley that empties their hand.
Your opponent is more likely to draw a card they can play than allow you to return it to their deck.

This card is balanced. No anti fractal or anti adrenaline feature needs to be added because those combos are only useful versus decks with multiple draws per turn and not even then.

Remember each turn your opponent has the opportunity to play their card before you get a chance to discard it back to their deck.
