When redistributing, the CURRENT ATK and HP are taken into account, not the base.For the unupped version, the change in ATK and HP is random. For example, if you were to cast this on a Ruby Dragon, you will end up with a creature that has an ATK|HP of (3 to 14)|(14 to 3). If the ATK ends up at 10 (difference of 5), the HP will become 7. For the upped version, ATK and HP are set to the same number (if the total sum is even). If the total sum is odd, the higher number is given to whatever was lowest before using this spell. This goes along with the general practice of rounding up numbers in Elements. Casting this on an Armagio (2|25) will cause ATK to be increased by ceiling((25-2)/2) = 12, yielding a final value of 14|13.This spell instantly kills antimattered creatures if final HP falls below zero.Since this spell directly modifies Max HP, I don't think it will trigger Voodoo Doll's side effect.

Armagio is fine
2 cards and a 10 duo cost, makes it (on average), a weaker combo than a blessed golden dragon or any chaos powered dragon.

You do need to think of something for the other 2 though.
