, it should help the lack of real pc in time with a huge nerf for the most used permanents/sosac and is synergic with the evilest skill in the game, neurotoxin (is only a case lol)
it doesn't stack with heal because
I think is too strong, with 2 sancts u get 16 hp/turn, even if it would be a very good card for 500 hp decks.
i don't know if it costs too much, is pretty hard adapt the quanta required to a card that does something new, something like 7 or 6 for the unupped should be better (and 6 or 5 for the upped)
