NOTES:
Druidic Pact isn't stackable (if you have two Druidic pacts into play, only one will activate the ability). Drains  :life quanta only if played, not every time you play a creature. If you have an other pact into play, when you play Druidic pact, previous pact is destroyed. Stealing doesn't restart turns countdown. (Work in progress on this pact)

I would decrease the healing, or it can use it's skill once per turn.

I agree with all above. Mind you the fact that there are more than enough ways to gain health with life already. 10 hp for any creature just being summoned.. goodness me at least you said from your hand. Imagine the mitosis combos 0.o
