NOTES:
To make things clear, it means attacking creatures (of the opponent) add a purify counter on successful attacks (like an opposite venom) but it no longer reduces damage by one.
Poison acts before creatures attack, and when they do they add 1 purify counter OR remove 1 poison counter.
Suggestions?

Interesting idea. However, here are a few questions:
1) Are immortal/burrowed creatures add purify?
2) Are spell-damage dealers or Momentumed creatures add purify?
3) The problem I find here is that it can makes a player impossible to die from poisoning and also buffs that player with plenty of per-turn healing. I suggest changing the wording to 'remove 1 poison counter per attack' instead.

 :life :life| :life: Lose DR, gain something mostly better than +1 DR per turn.
Each creature that deals damage gives you 1 purify counter. This counter effectively reduces by 1 the damage from the creature that gave you the purify counter. This repeats every turn.

So if you use skill every turn,
First turn: Lose Damage Reduction since purify counter will not heal you. Purify(Poison) count -> Creature count -> Permanent count.
Second turn: 1 Damage Reduction total.
Third turn: 2 Damage Reduction total (actually, 2 heal per creatures)
This effect is cumulative and will NOT remove whole poison counter at once, right?
Like Arsenic, this effect will be maximized when the time flowed.

So... +1 for the idea, but balancing, I don't know...
:life has Druidic staff + SoG + Heals + Feral Bonds, enough for stalling.
