Mindgate without the need for a rainbow.. I love this.. but I do think it is too cheap. I would bump the cost by 1 for each.

hmm, yeah, is it a permanent that can target many times, or was it intended to be a spell but with a missclick on the card builder?

assuming it was supposed to be a spell, it is basically an explosion that leaves a little something extra for the opponent, but that little something extra is probably not very useful unless it is a poorly designed rainbow deck.

The idea is that if you shatter enough permanents you can do a bit of denial too, since they don't stack.

There's only like 17 slots, so unupgraded Dream Shatter will clog up the permanent field a lot after 4, upgraded 3.

ah, non-stacking makes a big difference. yeah, some kind of cost increase would be warranted for something malignant cell-ish, maybe +2 or +3 from the current form if i were to spitball it.

Given the huge quick denial potential, I think the cost should go up by 1 or 2.

How much of the malignant cell effect is equal to the 4 per turn?

Nitpick: The singular of quanta is quantum.

Does a figment count as a permanent?  In other words, can you shatter them, too?

I think they are immaterial, so you wouldnt be able to target them.

Is this ready? It's a bit of weird in terms of versatility and balance.

i find it odd how you van use this on a Quantum pillar/tower and get increased production, certainly interesting.
