NOTES:	Silenced - the user becomes silenced when the card is played. It basically searches your deck and forces you to draw zero-cost cards until you have 8 cards or it goes through your entire deck. If you do not have enough zero-cost cards in your deck, your hand is not filled. Sacrifice a card in your hand to - target one of the Water cards in your hand (if any) to activate this effect. The card you target is discarded.
