Scary... Now Dimensional Shield can be played 12 times which means the opponent can't attack for 36 turns... 
dimensional shield doesnt sounds like a spell.
Sorry. My bad. I forgot that permanent doesn't count as spell. But it's still a scary card to be played on Fractal.
