Isn't this just an immaterial version of Fog Sheild (unupped) or Dusk Mantle (Upped)? And these are both a lot cheaper. What is the aim of this card?

For a more secure defense. The opponent will have a harder time getting damage through.

I re-read it, and realsied it applies to spells as well. I think it needs a cost decrease, and overall it is is a really good card.

For 6|8 :entropy

You get basically 2|1 :earth + 2|1 :air or 6|4 :darkness along with chance to dodge shields. If you place chance to dodge shields at 1 cost, then the price for this should be 5|6 :entropy. At least that's how I would rate it.
