NOTES:
This card was designed to make decks with more than 30 cards a bit more competitive. The reasoning here is that the major downside to large decks is that they have trouble finding the cards they need in time when compared to more lean decks. The large number of cards means a reduced probability of drawing the card needed. I.e. they are prone to bad draws. Being able to redraw some cards would help take the edge off of bad draws. The healing effect will also give a little extra survivability against rush decks. Since the amount redrawn and healed is based on remaining cards in deck, this card is most useful for large decks early game, but its utility diminshes as the game goes on.
-Additional notes:
Cards are picked at random from your handN= .2 * # cards over 20 remaining - means take the number of cards left in the deck, if more than 20, subtract 20 and divide the remaining total by 5 rounding up. (so even a 30 card deck can make a little use of this the first round or two)You only get heals / draws based on the number of cards that are reshuffled.
(i.e. if N would be 6 but you only have 3 cards you only get 3 new cards and 6 | 9 healing)Reshuffled means the cards are put back into the deck and the deck is re-randomized
SERIES:
I haven't had a chance to fully analyze impact here so the ratio of cards drawn to cards remaining may need some work. Right now it is essentially 1 card redrawn for every 5 in excess of 20 (I had 30 at first, but realized that there will always be some missing due to initial drawing). Also I've been debating between having cards discarded, reshuffled ... or maybe something else but I cant think what. Feel free to put in your 2

If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`

I think this idea is on the right track, and I like the idea of making fat decks more viable. Feel like it needs tweaking though, and/or a clearer ability.

I agree with Naesala. I think Oracle Dice might be a better name.
